Tillmitsch vs UFC Fehring - Landesliga - Steiermark

All eyes turn to the home ground on April 17, 2026 as Tillmitsch welcome UFC Fehring in a Landesliga - Steiermark encounter that promises tension, intrigue and no shortage of subplot. Mason Mount has been outstanding for Man Utd in pre-season but he could still face fierce competition for a place in Michael Carrick's side next season.

Both Tillmitsch and UFC Fehring will be eager to build momentum when they meet in Landesliga - Steiermark. Tillmitsch will be keen to seize the initiative and build some momentum on home soil. The visitors will back themselves to cause problems and will not make the trip expecting an easy afternoon. If you're Arsenal and wanting to win the Premier League, and you take six points off those teams, then you're near-on winning the Premier League.

Wing play is likely to be central to the contest. Tillmitsch will look to stretch the pitch and isolate their wide attackers, while UFC Fehring must find a way to compress the space and choke the supply lines. His passing display at the World Cup was yet more evidence of his suitability for City and the possession-heavy style Maresca favours.

Individual moments of quality could tip the balance. Both sides possess players capable of producing something out of nothing, and a single flash of brilliance may be all that separates them. Set-piece specialists and aerial threats on both sides mean dead-ball situations could carry outsized importance. Free agent defender Oscar Mingueza can play as a right-back and a central defender and provides Palace with the flexibility they need for five at the back.

The market has yet to form a strong view, and the contest looks genuinely difficult to call. With the sides so closely matched, a 1-1 stalemate looks the most likely way this one ends. Whatever the outcome, the Landesliga - Steiermark fixture promises a meaningful contest with real implications for both clubs. Joe Gomez is expected to miss the start of Liverpool's Premier League campaign through injury - but it is not likely to impact the Reds' transfer plans.
