Lebring vs Mooskirchen - Friendlies Clubs

The Friendlies Clubs returns to the home ground on July 17, 2026, where Lebring and Mooskirchen will lock horns in a contest that could shape their respective campaigns. Ferencvaros v Real Madrid: Confirmed line-ups for Mourinho’s latest pre-season clash.

Both camps will view the Friendlies Clubs meeting at the home ground as an opportunity to put a marker down, regardless of where they currently stand. The hosts will hope that the the home ground crowd can inspire a performance, whatever the numbers suggest. The visitors will back themselves to cause problems and will not make the trip expecting an easy afternoon. The promoted side have plans to strengthen in every position, with midfield the priority.

Tactically, the contest promises a fascinating contrast. Lebring will look to impose their style on home soil, while Mooskirchen are likely to have ideas of their own about how to gain the upper hand. His passing display at the World Cup was yet more evidence of his suitability for City and the possession-heavy style Maresca favours.

Individual moments of quality could tip the balance. Both sides possess players capable of producing something out of nothing, and a single flash of brilliance may be all that separates them. How each side deals with the other's danger men — and who takes their chances when they come — will be central to the outcome. Liverpool have big hopes for Jeremy Jacquet having invested £60m to bring the highly regarded young central defender to Anfield this summer.

Predictions are tricky when the sides are this evenly matched, and small margins — a moment of quality, a slice of luck — could decide it either way. With the sides so closely matched, a 1-1 stalemate looks the most likely way this one ends. With positions in the Friendlies Clubs table to defend and momentum to chase, neither side can afford to leave anything in the tank. It is understood that his next move is most likely to take him abroad - and potentially to the Premier League.
