Conil vs Dos Hermanas - Copa Federacion

Conil prepare to host Dos Hermanas at the home ground on September 16, 2026, with both sides eager to assert their credentials and claim a result that could define their Copa Federacion season. Manchester United play in Gothenburg on Saturday as they take on Paris-Saint Germain in their fourth pre-season fixture.

The two sides arrive with plenty to prove, and the Copa Federacion contest at the home ground offers a chance to lay down a marker. Conil will be keen to seize the initiative and build some momentum on home soil. The visitors will back themselves to cause problems and will not make the trip expecting an easy afternoon. Phil Foden was handed a free role in the No 10 position behind striker Muamba, who scored in consecutive pre-season games.

The touchline duel between the two managers adds another layer of intrigue, with both likely to tweak their setups in search of a decisive edge. They are sticking to the principles of possession and pressing that have taken them from the fourth tier.

Individual moments of quality could tip the balance. Both sides possess players capable of producing something out of nothing, and a single flash of brilliance may be all that separates them. How each side deals with the other's danger men — and who takes their chances when they come — will be central to the outcome. The reigning champions made it four wins from four in the league and are yet to concede a goal in their title defence.

With the sides closely matched, the outcome may well hinge on which team takes its chances on the day. Neither side holds a clear edge, and a 1-1 draw would be a fitting reflection of the balance between them. With positions in the Copa Federacion table to defend and momentum to chase, neither side can afford to leave anything in the tank. It is understood that his next move is most likely to take him abroad - and potentially to the Premier League.
