There is little to choose between Ballymacash Rangers and Portstewart on paper, and the Premier Intermediate League encounter should reflect that balance. The hosts will be looking to find their rhythm and put a run of results together. The visitors will back themselves to cause problems and will not make the trip expecting an easy afternoon. Rodri's future remains one of the major talking points as Barcelona step up interest in the World Cup winner.

Tactically, the contest promises a fascinating contrast. Ballymacash Rangers will look to impose their style on home soil, while Portstewart are likely to have ideas of their own about how to gain the upper hand. They are sticking to the principles of possession and pressing that have taken them from the fourth tier.

The wide areas will be a key battleground, with full-backs and wingers on either side capable of swinging the contest one way or the other. Milan and Porto are reportedly monitoring the forward for some time, too, with Shakhtar apparently valuing Elias at around £30million amid this interest.

The market has yet to form a strong view, and the contest looks genuinely difficult to call. The signals point towards a stalemate, with the two sides closely matched across form and standings. A 1-1 draw is easy to envisage. With the standings tight and form on the line, this is a fixture neither side will want to lose.
